"The Meaning of My Best Friend"

“Best Friend”. When you heard that words, who was the first name appeared in your mind? If there was a name in your mind, I think she / he is your best friend. I thought everybody ever had a best friend. I also have best friend, her name is Janice. She is very meaningful for me. Of course I have a lot of best friend, but I don’t know why her name is the first name that appeared in my mind when I heard “Best Friend” words. Maybe she is the best friend of all my best friends that I have.

Why she become meaningful best friend for me: First she is a trustworthy person. I can share everything what I feel to her. I can share about my thoughts, my happiness, my sadness, my secrets, and anything else to her. Also I can share a lot of my embarrassing events to her without shame. Second reason is she can fulfill my boring and spare time. For example, she and I have same hobby, the hobby is play basketball. I usually ask her to play basketball when I feel bored and don’t have any activities,and she always agrees when she in spare times. So she can relieve my boredom and fill my spare time if I need her. Then She can accept me as is my. Although I have a lot of weakness, I often make a lot of mistakes to her, I often upset with him just because a trivial problem, she still accept me as her best friend. The last she become a good critic for me.For example, when I did a lot of stupid things, she told me what must I do, or when I dressed tacky or bad she told me to change my outfit. She gave me criticism to make me become a better person.

So for me the meaning of best friend are: best friend is someone who can I trust to tell my secrets, someone who can fulfill my boring and spare times, someone who accept me however I am. and someone who can give criticism me to make me become a better person. For the last I’m very grateful to beloved God because He gave me some best friends. And I will do my best to become best friend of all my best friends.

My Housemaid is My Everyday's Hero

Hero ? Did all of you have a hero in your life?? I think the answer definitely yes. Everybody in this world will have hero. But sometimes they not realize that some people had become their hero. It also happened to me, I didn’t realize that I have one hero, everyday hero. She is my housemaid Neni. Why I called she is hero? It’s because she always help me and my family every day since the first day she worked in my house.

My hero Neni is very helpful for me, beside that I can learn a lot of thing from her life. First lesson is, when you are doing something, do it with all your heart, although the things are hard but if you do it with all your heart it will become easier. Like what Neni did, she just wake up every morning, sweeps and mops the floor, wash the dishes, wash clothes, etc. she did the same activities every day, I think it will be bored and very tired. But she never complaint or whatever, she just do it with all her heart so she can enjoy her daily bored activities. And until now she can suffer in her job. The next lesson is helping my family when I still can help them. The first reason she work as a housemaid at the age of 18 is she doesn’t have a lot of money and she want to help her family finance. She spent her young life for helping her family. She helps her parents finance and help her sister to pay for the school. And the last lesson is I must respect to everybody in this world, sometimes I didn’t respect to people who didn’t have a high position, I just see them with “one eye”. But now I have already known that a people like that can be hero in my life, so I must respect them like I respect others.

It’s very nice that I have Neni as my everyday hero, I must feel grateful to her to help me and my family for a long time. And also feel grateful to teach me that I must do everything with all my heart and do with my best.

Keep Trying and "Just Do It"

I think almost all people in this world have bad habit and sometimes they say that they cannot stop it. For example, a lot of people said they can’t stop smoking, can’t stop the bad habit of pornography, can’t stop cheating in the exam, etc. They just said they can’t stop it without ever try and keep trying. It also happened to me. I have bad habit that I too addicted to play online games. I just said I can’t stop it without ever try for many times. Then I saw a commercial of Nike that gave me some lesson.

From the Nike commercial I can learn some lesson. First lesson is sacrifice anything if necessary to reach the goal. In the commercial all athlete sacrifice their time, they spent day by day for training, they spent week by week and maybe year by year for training to become a great athlete, and now they are become great athlete. In my case I also need sacrifice my time. I must sacrifice my time that usually I use for play games, and sacrifice my desire to play games to do another positive activity. The next lesson is everything needs process and be patient to pass it. Those athletes pass all the processes such as exercises and lose from a lot of matches with patience until they become a winner. So for me if I want to stop my bad habit, I must be patient to do all process until I can stop that. I must be patient hold my desire to play games until I can got used to not too addicted playing games anymore. And the last lesson is keep trying even though I failed for many times. "Just Do It" like Nike slogan, I must just do all my efforts to stop my bad habit without think how many times I failed, Just Do It.

So at last I will try as hard as I can until I can reach my goal, until I can stop my addict to play games. I will keep trying and just do the best until there is no word "I can't" but there always word "I can" in my life.

The Worry Tree

Have you ever felt that your family can become a big factor to solve your problem? Or maybe you thought that your family was your problem? If you think so I recommended you to read simple short story about “The Worry Tree".

This is story about a carpenter named Paresh who have a problem, but before he met his family he always leaves his problem. From this story I can learn something. First lesson is,when Paresh come home he put his problem outside his house and put it into a small tree. From this I can learn that when I back home and meet my family, I must leave all my problem outside my home for a moment and then meet my family with happy feeling. So it can make my family feel happy too when they meet me. Also if I leave all my problem I can bring such a lovely condition to my family.

Then the next lesson is, when Paresh pick up his problem again from a small tree in the morning after he met his family and his problem become little more than before. From this case I can learn that family can me to solve my problem little by little. Because I think when I meet my family I can feel happy, enjoy, laughing with them and that can make me forget some of my problems.

In summary family can be a big factor to solve problems. And if I have a lot of problems I will try as good as I can to leave my problems before I meet my family, and bring a lovely condition to my family.

The Discoverer of Light Bulb

Did you know who was the discoverer of light bulb that we usually use to do a lot of activities??Did you know how many times the discoverer failed when he tried make a light bulb?? Thomas Alva Edison someone who was found a light bulb and someone who was make a lot of inventions that very useful for all people. He is born in Milan, Ohio on February 11, 1847.

I can learn a lot of things from Thomas. First lesson for me is learning anything as much as I can from anything that I like, and it can make me success. Because I like browsing internet maybe I can learn something positive from that and can make me success. Such as, I can make online shop, business online and get money from that. Like Thomas, because he likes science very much he can make a lot of inventions that can help all people in this world. And he can sell his inventions to get some money. Then next lesson is never give up. Thomas was tried make a light bulb, and failed about 6000 times. But he never gave up until he made the first light bulb in the world, and until now everyone can still feel the benefit from his effort. It was very inspiring me that if I never give up to do something I will get a good result and benefit from that. Sometimes it can also help other people.

So in summary, from Thomas life I can learn that I will try as best as I can to do anything what I like until I can get benefits and satisfied from it. And also never give up to do anything like Thomas did when he tried to made a light bulb.

Step 2

Download dlu AddOn Firefox namanya "Greasemonkey" dari https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 (tinggal pencet tombol download).
Kalau udah buka web ini http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/33042 dan pencet tombol install, nanti ada kotak, pencet tombol install lagi.. Itu link Youtube Enchancer.
Lalu Lalu buka web ini http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/26062, dan pencet tombol install, nanti ada kotak, pencet tombol install lagi... Itu skrip Updater, supaya suatu saat kalo ada update-an script Youtube Enhancer, dia nanti muncul peringatan di bagian atas firefoxmu, nanti kapan2 klo ada peringatan suruh update, tinggal klik update, nanti otomatis ke webnya, tinggal pencet install install.

Nah ini sedikit penjelasan tentang Menu2 Youtube Enchancer..

A. Ada angka 640, 960, dan lain2 itu untuk ngubah ukuran video...
B. Ada gambar tengkorak untuk menghentikan buffering. Ingat, kadang klo video belum selesai dibuffer mau pindah ke video lain di jendela yg sama, prosesnya jadi agak lama karena video tsb masih dibuffer ama speedbit, jadi harus pencet tombol tengkorak dulu.
C. Ada juga tombol lampu supaya latar youtube jadi gelap....

Step 3

Menggunakan DNS Google : Tujuan megnggunakan DNS Google itu untuk Mempercepat ping youtube ke komputer kita . Nih caranya gan : Buka control panel -> Network Connection -> Local area network (double click local area network yg connected) -> klik properties -> doble click tcp/ip -> klik use the following dns address -> masukin preferred: 8.8.8.8 -> masukin alternate: 8.8.4.4
Menggunakan Youtube "Feather" Beta : Tujuan menggunakan ini untuk Mempercepat ping/latency youtube ke komputer kita..
Nih caranya gan : Buka link ini : http://www.youtube.com/feather_beta lalu pencet: Join the "Feather" Beta..Tapi kalo suatu saat cache firefox nya di clear, youtube feather harus diaktifkan lagi..
Meningkatkan Virtual Memory : Coba tingkatkan virtual memory anda di klik kanan My computer -> properties -> di bagian performance pencet tombol settings -> masuk tab advanced -> pencet tombol change -> ganti initial sama maximum size jadi 3000 lalu pencet tombol set lalu ok-in.
GPEdit menghapus bandwidth reserved windows (Saya baru coba di wondow Xp blm coba pke Win 7 &Vista ^^ ) : Nih caranya gan : Langkah - langkah:
1. Klik Start - Run kemudian ketik gpedit.msc
2. Secara default anda akan dihadapkan pada group policy editor
3. Kemudian masuk ke Local Computer Policy
4. Computer Configuration lalu pilih Administrative Templates - Network - QOS Packet Scheduler - Limit Reservable Bandwidth
5. Pada limit reservable bandwidth klik 2 kali dan pilih enable, dan pada Bandwidth Limit % masukan angka 0 ( Kosong).
6. Close gpedit dan restart komputer anda. Selesai.. !!
Kalo misal yg di Administrative templates - network itu ga muncul, ini triknya:
coba start, run, ketik gpedit.msc lalu klik kanan pencet yg add/remove template, lalu jika ad file yg blum ter-add, addlah file2 dgn nama ini: conf, inetress, system, wmplayer, wuau. klo smua file ud masuk listnya, nah, ud muncul gan yg bagian networknya itu yg qos packet scheduler->limit reserve bandwidth, tingggal di doble klik+enable+kasih angka 0 lalu pencet ok. Lihat post ke #2 untuk step2 ngerubah gpedit yg lebi jelas...
